What can I say? I made it to the finish line! But in reality, I’m just beginning on a journey that will last me the rest of my life. It truly feels wonderful to be free of a disease that almost killed me and now I’m in control of it instead of the other way around! It has been a very interesting and joyful 30 days for me. Giving up some of the foods that were necessary to turn my life around has been a life lesson that I will never forget. I feel what one must understand is that the cure for diabetes has always been here, it just took someone like Dr. Ripich to put it all together. Thank you goes out to Dr. Ripich and Jim Healthy for their efforts in putting forth a book and program that has and will continue to change lives that orthodox medicine said can’t be done or there is no cure. You have proved them wrong time and again! As a final note: I’ve not mentioned any stats through out this blog because I myself wanted to wait till I had finished the program. As of to date I have dropped 11 pounds, my blood glucose has dropped steadily to 98-118, before it was running in the high 100’s eg. 150-180, my blood pressure has dropped from 154/90 to 125/72. My initial A1C back in 2010 when I first discovered I had diabetes was an astounding 10. I have had other tests since that time but do not have that information at the time of this writing. I do not yet have a current A1C, will have one done very soon. I expect it to now be in the normal range. Again I want to say thank you to all those that helped make the 30 day diabetes cure a possibility, there are and will be many, many lives you have touched that you will never know, thank you and may God bless you immeasurably.
