A quick update to all our readers and JDCA alliance members: The JDCA team is working hard to update our website in the coming months in order to clarify and restate our mission to be an active advocate in the search for a type 1 diabetes cure.
As we build up the website, one important aspect we want to strengthen is our Diabetes Resources page. The current one found at our website lists the four major non profit diabetes organizations that we often report on, and includes links to some general diabetes resources that we feel people living with the condition or wanting to find out more can benefit by.
As a reminder, the JDCA is an independent analyst and we are scientifically agnostic. We do not provide any medical or health advice and do not endorse any advice provided in the links we post on the resources page, but we do believe that understanding the type 1 diabetes landscape is an integral step for donors toward making an informed decision about where to direct your time and money.
The JDCA wants to continue building our community by offering the type of material people are interested in reading about. As such, we are always welcome to suggestions, and want to hear from our readers – what kind of reports do you want to read about? What are the diabetes resources that have helped you find out more about the condition and the diabetes industry as a whole?
The more we build up our base of knowledge, the better equipped we will be in our mission to advocate for and help find a cure for type 1 diabetes.
