Unfortunately, the state government is not taking any action against such advertisements which violate the Drugs and Magic Remedies Objectionable Advertisement Act (1954).”

He also mentioned that a letter seeking an appointment with the state chief minister had been sent. “I want to discuss the issue with the chief minister so that there could be some action taken before the winter session of the legislature in Nagpur,” he added.
