There is no vitamin remedy for diabetes. You can get cinnamon to aid sustain the glucose levels. I consider it every day and it will help a great deal – you can purchase it in the vitamin segment at Wal Mart.

No. If there were, I would have found it by now. There’s a lot you can do to control it, however. Visit my profile (click my avatar) for lots more info on that.
Hi Shygirl,
There is NO cure for Diabetes.
Herbs and vitamins can help people with Diabetes just like they help other people. However, if you have Diabetes, you need to take insulin or oral meds, depending upon what type of Diabetes you have.
Talk with your Diabetes Educator to find out how herbs/vitamins may make you more healthy.
Good luck.
No there is not, and please don’t get caught up by someone that tells you there is. If there were one, your doctor would tell you. Many of the the herbal, natural, drugs can actually be harmful to you. I sent for a booklet on herbal remedies, that tells you the harmful effects they can have on your body and what organs they can damage. It was some good reading. Plus, I had a very bad experience trying herbal cures. I almost died and was in the hospital for 2 weeks. I was going to a very reputable Chinese doctor who was giving me all kinds of herbs that I had to make into a tea. It damn near killed me. He said he could cure diabetes. Ha. Then I started studying it and going to classes and learned the truth.Watch your diet, get daily exercise, and take your meds like you are supposed to. Test your blood sugar often during the day. You can control your disease, but no matter what type you have, there is no cure for it.
There is not a cure for diabetes of either type other than a pancreas transplant.
There is no cure for diabetes. I know in the past there were claims that certain herbs can help to control sugars. My uncle, who believed all of these claims, has not actually found them to be all that effective.
There are studies that indicate cinnamon can help diabetics, but I don’t know a lot about it. My BIL adds cinnamon to his daily 2 cups of coffee and says that the spikes after breakfast are not as high using it.
