I wonder what my sugar looks like?
It’s been a while (maybe a year?) since I checked my blood sugars
with my little meter.
When I was in the hospital for the knee replacement in December
they checked it 3 or 4 times per day.
Then they shot me up with insulin.
The glucose readings were in the low 100s while I was there,
but that was the last time I looked.
Yippee Kay Yay.

I’ve been shooting 32 units of long acting insulin every day (or so)
since then, but I have no idea what my sugars really are.

Seeing as how the anemia is cured
can curing Type 2 diabetes be far behind?

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if I could
get steady blood sugar readings in the
“normal” range BEFORE I took
off a bunch of weight?

I would really hate the old paradigm of
“lose the weight, cure the diabetes”
to get even one more ounce of validation.

Wouldn’t it be SO much more satisfying
to validate
Eat The Good Food
Love the Good Body
Cure the Type 2 Diabetes?

I’d like to see that one!

Let me see what I can do 🙂

*Lisa’s Video Pick of the Day*
“It’s definitely not too late to make
your health better…”
says Master Pedro Cepero Yee (Sifu level, 8th dan)
the man who will be teaching the Qi Gong workshop
I’m attending July 10th and 11th.
So cool!!
