This day was very easy for me. I have already been doing exercise at cardio rehabilitation since my surgery back in May of 2011. It’s made the difference in my recovery, no doubt. I still have bad neuropathies, but if I don’t exercise they get worse. I have seen improvement in the numbness and tingling in my hand and leg, but I also know it will take a long time to recover. I didn’t have the problems suddenly, it took a lifetime of bad choices for them to catch up with me.  I also walk at least a mile per day weather permitting. It’s unbelievable what a 30-40 minute walk does for my blood sugar! I have seen it drop at times, 40-80 points! Enough said about exercise, you just have to do it if you want to reverse your diabetes. This is not up for discussion—do it!
