MORE EXERCISE? Who does this guy think he is, Jack LaLanne?  Just kidding folks. It’s uncanny that I have already been doing what day 26 talks about each week  I’m adding different types of exercises that challenge me and make my muscles work. I know that this is extremely important, and the more I do it, the better I feel and the more my blood glucose stabilizes!  Can you say 1 and a 2 and a 3, work it dudes.
