Again! Yes again.
This time the mice had their diabetes reversed using stem cell. The kicker – These are mice right in my back yard, right here in British Columbia at our very own University of BC.
When “friends” emailed me this great news today, I could not help but be jealous of those rodents.
Many, many times each single year, we hear of mice cured of diabetes. I am very happy for them, as I am sure every person living with diabetes is happy for them. The lucky bastards do not have to test their blood sugar upwards of eight times a day or inject insulin anymore.
Many times each year we hear of mice cured of diabetes however, so far none of these cures has turned into a cure for humans.
