Question by Adepoju: which food medication can totally cure diabetes?
I need an expert on diabetes to tell me the food therapy that can cure diabetes. Is food therapy better than drugs. if it is better what makes food to be better than drugs. im dying slowly. kindly help me out

For sure controlling diabetes by food is better than the use of drugs. But that depends on the person and his diet and lifestyle. There is no food that can cure diabetes. Instead there is a healthy lifestyle that diabetics go on and then re-assess their blood glucose. If good then we continue on diet. If not, we shift to oral hypoglycemic drugs for more control of blood glucose. To know which diet is better for you, you need to see a Dietitians / Nutritionists. In general, fibres are good to be included in your diet.
